influence.

i was reminded recently of how ppl do still look up to me...-ish. it just clicked as ppl asked me on my opinion, my advice. i guess it proves the age-old statement that w/ age comes responsibility. in a way. it's flattering, but at the same time, it's sorta frightening b/c you're sort of put on a pedestal. you are being watch in all that you do. therefore you need to keep it in mind always & try to do what is right.

however, in such a position, there are times where you have to just go through the motions of what's 'right' b/c ppl are expecting/watching..and possibly following.

it sucks. it can be the room of man's problems.

*but* on the bright side...character is more important than influence.
