it was freezing cold today!! =O what happened to our 27 degrees??

anyways, was waiting for my dad at stc when i saw a couple of girls go out for a smoke...too bad they had a stroller w/ a kid in it!

they managed to appease the kid w/ an ice cap. while standing there letting the wind blow onto him/her...while they enjoyed their cigarettes >.<

seriously inconsiderate...and irresponsible. i don't care if they were just babysitting or if that was their kid...but still...

ok, that was the rant of the day. back to studying.
